We encourage you to contact your insurance company regarding your behavioral health coverage and benefits prior to contacting us for an appointment. Some insurance plans have different benefits for Behavioral Health/Mental Health Care. It is your responsibility to be informed.
*If you are seeking to use EAP Services, this must be set up between you and your employer PRIOR to contacting our office. We do not have the authorization to do so. If you start services before EAP services are authorized you may be responsible for payment.
