I am a Masters Level Clinical Social Worker and have State of Michigan licensure. I received my degree from Michigan State University.  I have experience in working with adults, children, families and couples, in the areas of depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems, trauma, and stress reduction.  Since the pandemic, I began providing Telehealth based therapy only and no longer do in-person sessions.

Everyone experiences ups and downs in life. When it's difficult to recover from the hard times, the best thing you can do for yourself is to allow others to help you through.  It is my privilege to help you realize your strengths and abilities, while encouraging you to break down and remove the barriers that interfere with you living your best life. I walk along side my clients to help them develop targeted tools to manage difficult emotions and behaviors. In my estimation, low self-esteem and self-criticism are unspoken epidemics. They are often fueled by adverse childhood experiences that were filled with fear, judgments, and criticisms. My goal is to help my clients recognize their true value and worth. I want to empower my clients to boldly believe in themselves, so they can overcome any obstacle they may face.   I believe depression and anxiety do not discriminate. They can hit without warning, which may feel like you've been put through the wringer. Discovering your triggers, developing coping skills and building a strong support system will help you recover from these very common problems.

Seeking help is one of the bravest things a person can do for themselves.
